Insight Garden Program's (IGP) Mission Is to Transform Prisoners' Lives Through Connection to Nature and Root & Rebound's (R&R) Mission Is to Increase Access to Justice and Opportunity for People in Reentry From Prison and Jail and to Educate and Empower Those Who Support Them, Fundamentally Advancing and Strengthening the Reentry Infrastructure Across the State of California. the Proposed Vista Project Aligns With the Economic Opportunity Focus Area. the Goals of This Vista Project Are to Increase the Financial Resources, Community Awareness and Engagement, Expand/strengthen Partnerships and Networks for Both Organizations, and Will Benefit Up to 20,000 People Incarcerated and in Reentry. Five (5) Vista Members Will Contribute to the Goals of the Project by Performing Activities Such as Creating Revenue Tracking Systems, Developing Communications Materials to Spread Awareness of Our Services, and Building Community Partnerships Across California Over the Course of Three Years.
