Some of Their Activities Will Include: Companionship, Assisted Transportation and Respite. the Primary Focus Area Is Healthy Futures: Independent Living and Respite Care. at the End of the Three-year Grant, 80 Companionship Clients, and 50 Transportation Clients Will Report Having Increased Social Support, and 40 Respite Caregivers Will Report Having Increased Social Ties and Perceived Social Support. the CNCS Federal Investment of $340,413.00 Will Be Supplemented by $88,412 of Non-federal Funds.
