The Bridge Family Resource Connector Network (the Bridge), a 501(C)(3) Organization in Douglas County, Serves as a Catalyst for Families to Access Culturally-responsive Services. by Partnering With Families and Community Stakeholders, the Bridge Aims to Enhance Positive Youth Development and Sustain Family Well-being.
