NW3C, in Partnership With Apex Mobile, the Child Rescue Coalition (CRC), and Thinkthru, Will Update Technology Capabilities by Developing Icac Nucleus, a Cross-platform Tool That Will Enable Access on a Mobile Application (available on Both the Ios and Android) and Desktop Web Browser for the Icac Program. Icac Nucleus Will Provide Icac Task Forces With Single Sign-on Capabilities, a Centralized Hub Linking Available Reporting Capabilities, Deconfliction Tools, Identification of High-risk Offender Capabilities, a Special Commanders-only Section, Access to All Training Culminating in Improving Efficacy, Efficiency, and Transparency. Implementation of Icac Nucleus Will Provide Icac Task Force Criminal Justice Practitioners (icac CJP’S) the First-ever Mobile Application. This Unique Delivery System Will Provide Seamless Access to Essential But Disconnected Investigative and Prosecutorial Resources for Icac CJP’S. It Will Provide the Ability to Access Investigative Systems to Enhance Every Aspect of Child Sexual Exploitation Investigations and Prosecutions Available on Each Icac CJP’S Mobile Device. Icac Nucleus Will Increase Efficiency, Deconfliction, Resource Access, and Create the Opportunity of Push Notifications to the Entire Icac CJP Community or a More Limited Group of Commanders Only With a Few Clicks and Swipes on a Mobile Device.
