Under This Award, the Nebraska State Patrol Requests Funds to: 1) Contract With Screen Id to Digitize the 11,000 Douglas County Court Microfilm Records to Improve Procedures for Making Dispositions Available for Criminal History Inquiries at Local, State, and National Levels. This Project Will Allow for Increased Availability and More Timely Responses to Criminal Records Requests by the Douglas County Court. 2) Continue a Prepaid Postage Program to Ensure the Timely Submission of Ink-and-roll Fingerprint Arrest Cards to the Central Repository for Inclusion on Criminal History Records.
