The Raleigh County Commission Will Utilize the Awarded Funds to Purchase a New Live Scan System for Required Fingerprinting of Arrestees and Submission to Both State and Federal Entities as Required by Law. This Equipment Will Be Housed at the Raleigh County Sheriffs Office and Serve Any Agency Who Needs to Utilize It While Processing a Prisoner at Our Facility. Multiple Departments in Raleigh County Utilize Our System on a Regular Basis to Include Sophia Police Department, Mabscott Police Department, Lester Police Department, WV State Police, WV Natural Resources Police and Beckley Police Department.
