Adding a Co-responder Social Worker to Our Team Will Assist Community Members With Obtaining Necessary Resources and Provide Resolutions When Crisis Situations Occur. This Team of a Law Enforcement Deputy and Social Worker Will Share the Limited Space Inside and Equipment of a Standard Squad Car and Respond to These Types of Calls Together. This Team Will Also Attend Critical Incident Training Together and Will Be Able to Work Side by Side With Unique Understanding of Each Other Strengths and Limitations.
