Coweta County Proposes to Implement Courtroom Technology Upgrades in Several Courtrooms in FY23-FY24. the Purpose Is to Improve Courtroom Technology by Obtaining a "prime Call" Maintenance Contract That Includes Preventative Maintenance, Service Calls, Software and Firmware Upgrades, and Unlimited Support Calls. the Outcomes of Obtaining This "prime Call" Service Is to Have Critical Support in Keeping the Courtrooms Functional Due to the Usage of Rooms. the Technology Is Vital to the Court's Operations and If One of the Rooms Is Having Technical Issues It Causes Disruptions and Delays. the Coweta County It Department Will Be Upgrading All Courtrooms Over Multiple Fiscal Years and Will Be Including These "prime Call" Costs.
