The Grants to Prevent and Respond to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking, and Sex Trafficking Against Children and Youth Program Supports Comprehensive, Community-based Efforts to Develop or Expand Prevention, Intervention, Treatment, and Response Strategies to Address the Needs of Children and Youth Impacted by Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking, and Sex Trafficking, Including Support for Their Non-abusing Parents, Caregivers, and Legal Guardians. With This Grant Funding, Monarch Services Servicios Monarca Will Implement a Project to Expand School-based Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment Services to Middle and High School Students (purpose Area 3). Project Partners for This Project Includethe Pajaro Valley Unified School District, San Lorenzo Valley School District, Santa Cruz City School District, and the Santa Cruz County Office of Education. the Project WILL:1) Provide Developmentally Appropriate School Site Presentations to Educate Students on Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking and Sex Trafficking, 2) Provide Healthy Support Groups for Students, and 3) Provide Outreach and Education at School Events. the Project Addresses the Ovw Priority to Expand Economic Justice for Survivors. the Timing for Performance of This Award Is 36 Months.
