Futures Without Violence

The Resource Center on Workplace Responses to Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence (resource Center) Provides Information and Assistance to Employers and Labor Organizations to Aid in Their Efforts to Develop and Implement Responses to Domestic and Sexual Violence Impacting the Workplace, Including Addressing the Needs of Underserved Communities. Funds Must Be Used for Staff Salaries, Travel Expenses, Equipment, Printing, and Other Reasonable Expenses Necessary to Develop, Maintain, and Disseminate to Employers and Labor Organizations Information and Assistance Concerning Workplace Responses to Assist Victims of Domestic or Sexual Violence. Such Responses May Include Providing Training to Promote a Better Understanding of Workplace Assistance to Victims of Domestic or Sexual Violence, Providing Conferences or Other Educational Opportunities, and Developing Protocols and Model Workplace Policies. During the Course of This Project Period, the Resource Center Will Maintain the National Workplace Domestic and Sexual Violence Website, Provide Training and Technical Assistance to Employers and Labor Organizations, and Assist Those Entities With Developing Protocols and Policies on Domestic and Sexual Violence in the Workplace. the Timing for Performance of This Award Is 12 Months.
