The Proposed Project Will Support Closing the Digital Equity Gap and the Development of a Statewide Digital Equity Plan. the Proposed Project Includes the Following Activities to Support Plan Development: Create a Planning Team, Host Public Listening Sessions, Connect Members and Stakeholders in Multiple Languages Through Various Platforms, Train Stakeholders to Develop Local Digital Equity Plans That Can Be Incorporated Into the State's Plan, and Conducting Primary and Secondary Data Analysis to Identify and Document Barriers and Resources Related to Digital Equity for Covered Populations and All State Resident. the Proposed Project Will Result in the Development of a Robust State Digital Equity Plan That Will Benefit the State of Arkansas and Principally Unserved and Underserved Covered Populations Statewide. the Recipient Does Plan to Subaward Funds. the State of Arkansas Will Sub-award to the Heartland Forward, an Eligible Sub-recipient, to Support All Elements of Creating the Digital Equity Plan.
