Description:the Ruby Tribe Will Use FY25 Gap Funds to Manage the Gap Grant, Manage Solid Waste, and Educate the Community About Environmental Issues. Activities:the Tribe Will Submit Closeout Reporting for FY24 and Quarterly Progress Reports for FY25, Purchase Supplies, Attend Trainings, and Collaborate With the Yukon Koyukuk Consortium; Conduct a Spring Community Clean-up, Manage Recycling, Conduct a Backhaul, and Manage the Landfill; and Educate the Community About Environmental Issues Through Youth Activities and Involvement, Quarterly Newsletters, and a Community Meeting. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:deliverables Will Include Final Performance and Financial Reports, Quarterly Reports, Trip Reports, Training Certificates, Photos of Events and Activities, and a Backhaul Inventory. Outcomes Will Include Increased Knowledge About Environmental Issues and Federal Grant Requirements, Greater Efficiencies Through Collaboration With the Members of the Yukon-koyukuk Consortium, and Careful Management of the Financial and Programmatic Aspects of the Grant; a Cleaner and Safer Community Through Proper Solid Waste Management; and a Better Understanding Among Community Members of Litter, Polluting, Recycling, and Climate Change. Direct Beneficiaries of This Grant Are Members of the Tribe.
