Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Farmers Conservation Alliance to Implement Its Upper Klamath Lake Water Reuse Project as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction to the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act.activities:the Activities to Be Performed Are Data Collection and Analysis, Design and Engineering, Initial Environmental Analysis and Permitting, Strategy and Outreach, and Water Rights Analysis for This Phase of the Project.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Are Reports, Maps, Engineering Designs, Permit Applications Submitted to the Appropriate Regulatory Agencies, Meetings With Stakeholders, and Contracts, Reports And/or Legal Analyses Related to Water Rights. These Items Are Expected to Leave Farmers Conservation Alliance Well Positioned to Proceed With the Construction of Their Planned Project Which Will Lead to an Improvement in Water Quality and Availability for the Residents Around Upper Klamath Lake and Aquatic Species.
