Description:this Agreement Provides Funding Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) to RWC Group Inc. This Agreement Is to Replace Existing School Buses With Clean and Zero Emission (ZE) School Buses. Activities:the Activities Include Replacing 33 Diesel Buses With 33 Electric Buses and 22 Level 2 and 10 Level 3 Charging Infrastructure. the New School Buses Will Serve 17 School Districts in Washington State Including: Wapato, Mead, West Valley Spokane, Central Valley Spokane, Tekoa, Chewelah, Rearden, Toppenish, Selkirk, Tonasket SD, Pullman SD, Lake Washington SD, Everett SD (durham), South Whidbey SD, Snohomish, Republic, and Wilson Creek. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include 33 Electric School Buses and 32 Chargers Delivered to 17 School Districts, Affecting at Least 1,650 School Children, and Provide Workforce Development Training to All 17 School Districts. the Expected Outcomes Include a Net Emission Savings of 2,900 Tons Per Year, Increased Health Benefit for School Children and Associated Communities, Changes in Driver Behavior and an Increased Understanding and Awareness of Electric School Bus (ESB) Technology to Support Continued Esb Adoption. the Intended Beneficiaries Include School Districts, School Children, Communities Surrounding the School.
