Description:the Agreement Provides and Conducts Ambient Air Monitoring of Pollutants of Greatest Concern in the Alaskan Skagway Communities With Environmental and Health Outcome Disparities Stemming From Pollution and the COVID-19 Pandemic.activities:the Activities Will Be Used to Support the Skagway Community While Combining Air Quality Efforts and Equipment With the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park and the Municipality of Skagway: Leverage a Comprehensive Air Quality Measurement and Real-time Advisory Program That Has Been Designed to Protect Human Health and the Environmental Resources for the Residents and Visitors of Skagway, Alaska. Well-proven Techniques Will Be Implemented to Ensure the Highest Quality Is Gathered and Disseminated to the Public in Real-time in Providing Valuable Pollutant Sources That Impacts the Ecosystem and Human Health. Skagway Traditional Council Will Be a Voice in the Monitoring of the Air Quality, and Build a Foundation of Trusting Relationships and Enhanced Understanding From Which Sustainable Solutions to Community Air Pollution Problems Can Be Found. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include: Deploy Multi-pollutant Air Quality Measurement System Using a Combination of Fem Measurements and Sensor Nodes. Collection of Real-time Data for Ozone, Nitrogen Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Sulfur Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, and Particulate Matter Will Be Conducted. the Expected Outcomes Include: the Combining Efforts of Air Quality With Both Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park and Municipality of Skagway Will Nurture, Educate, and Protect Tribal Members and Visitors of Skagway, Alaska. the Intended Beneficiaries Include.: Residents of Skagway, Alaska.
