Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Harris County Flood Control District to Implement Its Project to Reduce Flood Risks, Improve Stormwater Management, and Improve Stormwater Quality Through Natural Filtration Processes in the Keegans Bayou Watershed as Directed in the 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Storm Water Infrastructure Construction and Water Quality Protection Project. Workplan Activities Consist of the Construction of a Multi-compartment Stormwater Wet-bottom Detention Basin Designed to Capture and Store Excess Stormwater, Reducing Peak Flow Levels in Keegans Bayou and Its Tributaries.
