Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) to Develop Construction Ready Engineered Design Plans of Stormwater Conveyance Improvements Along Taylor Gully to Increase the Stormwater Capacity and Reduce the 100-YEAR Floodplain of Taylor Gully as Directed in the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project.activities:the Activities to Be Performed Are Hydrologic and Hydraulic (HANDH) Analyses for Proposed Alternatives and Recommending an Alternative for Final Design Based on a Detailed Alternative Analysis.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Are Engineering Plans and Supporting Reports for the Stormwater Conveyance Channels Along Taylor Gully, Which Are Expected to 1. Lead to Conveyance Improvements to Sufficiently Address Localized Flooding Within the Designed Flood Recurrence Interval, 2. the Budget and Estimated Quantities Are Refined, and Able to Be Incorporated Into Future Funding Assistance Requests to the Project, 3. Reduction in Floodplain Impacts Improve Outcomes for Local Communities During Climate Affected Severe Weather Events, and 4.
