Description:this Agreement Funds the Recipient's Program to Conduct Remedial Action at the Tar Creek Operable Unit 4 Hazardous Waste Site, Which Is Listed on the National Priorities List (NPL) of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Contingency Plan.activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Following Site-specific Actions: Task 1 Method: the Tribal Project Management Tasks Will Be Accomplished by Utilizing Qneo Staff. All Time and Effort Expended in Completing These Tasks Shall Be Reported in the Quarterly Reports to Environmental Protection Agency (epa). Task 2: Site Remediation: This Proposed Remedial Response Will Only Address Source Material (unmarketable). This Remedial Action Will Also Consider the Recommendations of the Epa's Optimization Report. the Contaminants of Concern (COCS) at the Site Are Lead, Zinc, and Cadmium. Remedial Project Goals (PRGS) for Lead, Zinc, and Cadmium Are 500 MG/KG, 1100 MG/KG, and 10 MG/KG, Respectively, Though as an Interim Measure Project, This Site Will Not Be Remediated to PRGS. Before Commencing Remedial Action at the Site, the Quapaw Nation Shall Prepare and Submit the Following Project Plans to Epa for Review and Approval: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (swppp), and Transportation Plan (tp).subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:anticipated Outcomes, Expected Deliverables and Intended Beneficiaries Include: Intended Beneficiaries: Quapaw Nation Environmental Office and the Citizens of the Quapaw Nation. Schedule of Deliverables Project Deliverables Will Be Both Administrative and Technical in Nature. the Administrative/grant Deliverables Will Include 1) Quarterly Reporting to the Epa-designated Project Officer on the Progress Made Toward Individual Work Plan Tasks Along With Financial Updates, 2) a Final Report Documenting the Successful Completion of All Work Plan Tasks, and 3) All Other Certifications and Grant Forms Typically Required to Successfully Administer and Close-out an Epa Grant. the Technical/remediation Deliverables Will Include: 1) Periodic Conference Calls and Meetings With the Epa-designated Remedial Project Manager (RPM) to Report on the Progress Made in Planning, Implementing, and Finishing the Proposed Remedial Project, 2) a Final Walk Through With Epa Staff and Tribal Representatives Prior to Project Close-out, and 3) a Remedial Action Report Upon Project Close-out.
