Description:this Agreement Funds the Recipient's Program to Conduct Remedial Action at the Eagle Picher Hazardous Waste Site, Which Is Listed on the National Priorities List (NPL) of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Contingency Plan.activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Following Site-specific Actions; to Perform the Soil and Construction Debris Removal Component of the Ou 1 Remedial Strategy. the Work Will Be Conducted in Accordance With the Rod (2014). Nmed Will Provide Project Management and Contractor Oversight While Utilizing a Professional Services Contractor (contractor) to Implement the Removal Work at the Site.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:anticipated Outcomes, Expected Deliverables and Intended Beneficiaries Include; Nmed Will Provide Epa With Financial Status and Project Progress Reports. These Reports Will Detail Expenditures and Discuss Specific Activities Conducted in Performance of the Ra at the Site. the Schedule for Submittal of These Reports Will Be Specified by Epa. Technical Deliverables Include But Are Not Limited to Health and Safety Plans, Construction Quality Assurance Project Plans, Surveying Reports, Damage Prevention Plans, Dust Control Plans, Traffic Routing Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Inspection Reports, Permits, and a Final Remedial Action Report. These Reports Will Be Prepared by Nmed's Contractor. Nmed and Epa Will Provide Comments on Draft Deliverables for Incorporation Prior to Finalization. the Citizens of New Mexico Are the Intended Beneficiaries.
