This Proposal Will Benefit the People of Texas by Providing Education, Outreach and Testing to Help Minimize Their Exposure to Indoor Radon. Indoor Radon in Texas Is a Highly Localized Problem; Our Preliminary Data Identifies Two Regions With the Highest Potential for Indoor Radon in the State: the Texas High Plains, Located in the Panhandle Area of Texas, and the Central Texas Uplift, Located West of Austin and San Antonio. the Recipient Will Provide Targeted Education and Outreach to These Areas. the Recipient Will Also Provide General Educational Presentations and Testing Opportunities for All Other Residents of Texas. There Are No Subawards in This Agreement.
