This Action Approves an Award in the Amount of $22,652,000 to Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to Support Funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) (PL 117-58), Which Provides Funds for the Recipient's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program. the Activities Are to Provide Low Interest Financing to Numerous Subrecipients for Costs Associated With the Planning, Design, and Construction of Eligible Water Quality Improvement and Protection Projects. This Grant Provides Financial Assistance to the Recipient to Implement Its Efforts to Provide a Long Term Source of Funding for Construction of Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Implementation of Water Quality Management Activities to Protect Water Quality and Improve Water Quality on a Watershed Basis.
