This Action Approves an Award in the Amount of $1,191,445 to Georgia Ports Authority. the Purpose of This National Diesel Emissions Reduction Act Funded Cooperative Agreement Is to Provide Funds to the Georgia Ports Authority in Its Efforts to Replace 39, 2009 or Older Vintage Dray Trucks With 2015 or Newer Engine Model Year, Class 8, 33,001 Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or Greater That Regularly Dray Containers Through an Innovative Rebate/financing Program.
