This Action Approves an Award in the Amount of $700,000 to Tampa Bay Estuary Program to Support Their Efforts With Implementation of the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan and Accompanying Strategic Plan to Improve the Water Quality, Protect the Natural Habitat and Living Resources, and Support Sustainable Human Uses of the Tampa Bay Estuary. Outcomes and Outputs Include Development and Completion of Specific Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan Actions That Relate to Habitat Restoration, Environmental and Water Quality Monitoring, Environmental Outreach and Education, Increase of Public Support for Tampa Bay Estuary and Their Partnerships, Increased Awareness to the Public of the Issues That Challenge the Integrity of the Estuary. Deliverables Include Annual Reports Outlining Program and Project Accomplishments as a Result of This Project. Citizens Within the State of Florida and Estuary Directly Benefit From This Project.
