The Proposed Project Will Support Closing the Digital Equity Gap and the Development of a Statewide Digital Equity Plan. the Proposed Project Includes the Following Activities to Support Plan Development: Supporting and Resourcing the De Working Group, Community Engagement With Regional Stakeholder Meetings, Research and Data, and Communications and Public Comment. the Proposed Project Will Result in the Development of a Robust State Digital Equity Plan That Will Benefit the State of Alaska and Principally Unserved and Underserved Covered Populations Statewide. the Recipient Does Plan to Subaward Funds. Subawards Will Support Listening Sessions via the Alaska Federation of Natives and Other Native Entities, as Well as the Alaska Municipal League. Non-profit Organizations That Serve Covered-populations Will Also Receive Sub-awards for Listening Tour Meetings and Stakeholder Feedback to Inform Decisions.
