This Agreement Provides Funding for the Operation of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Continuing Environmental Programs While Giving It Greater Flexibility to Address Its Highest Environmental Priorities, Improve Environmental Performance, Achieve Administrative Savings and Strengthen the Partnership Between the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Epa. This Agreement Funds Statewide Programs to Lead-based Paint Activities (tsca Section 404(G)) and Toxic Substances Compliance Monitoring (tsca Section 404G). the Work Includes Outputs and Outcomes Associated With Managing Continuing Environmental Programs, Which Include Activities to Protect and Maintain Lead and Enforcement Activities. Activities to Be Performed Include: Developing a New System of Exam Proctoring/administration to Research the Possibility of Using Local Job Centers Managed by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development to Ease the Need for In-person Proctoring, Reduce Travel for Exam Registrants, and Generally Improve Convenienceand Investigate 100% of Regulated Reno Complaints Receivedand Publish Enforcement Cases for Lead and Renovation Enforcements on Its Websiteand Send Certification Renewal and Expiration Notices to Contractors and Begin Sending These Electronicallyand and Process 90% Within the Regulatory Timeframe of 15 Days of Receipt of Viable Application. Direct Beneficiaries of This Program Are the Citizens of Wisconsin.
