Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District (jvwcd, or District) to Implement Its Project to Replace, Add, or Upgrade Generators and Electronics at Five (5) Different Pump Station Sites as Directed in the FY2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act (PL 117-328), or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Drinking Water Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of Replacement, Addition, and Upgrading of Generators and Electronics at Five (5) Different Drinking Water Pump Station Sites Within the Jvwcd Service Area. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Installation of New Permanent Generators and Electrical Connections Installed at Pump Sites 1 and 2, Electrical Upgrades at Pump Site 3, Installation of a Replacement Generator and Electrical Upgrades at Pump Site 4, and a New Generator and Electrical Connections at Pump Site 5. the Expected Outcome Is to Provide Sufficient Pump Station Generator Power for the Pump Capacity Required to Provide Water to All Necessary Service Zones During a Catastrophic Power Outage Event. the Intended Beneficiaries Include the Residents, Households, and Businesses Receiving Retail Water Service Within the Jvwcd Service Area, Primarily in Unincorporated Areas of Salt Lake County. Beneficiaries Also Include the Residents, Households, and Businesses Within Other Cities and Water Districts in the Region Who Are Wholesale Customers Served by Jvwcd.
