Description:the Agreement Provides Assistance to the Non Profit Organization, Elevate Energy, to Implement the Lead in Water Mitigation Program in the City of Chicago. the Program Will Consist of : Outreach and Enrollment, Assessment, Replacement, and Post Replacement for Approximately 75 Child Care Facilities With Lead Service Line Replacement, Including Follow Up Lead in Water Testing and Education on Addressing Lead in Drinking Water. Activities:the Program Will Consist of Outreach and Enrollment, Assessment, Replacement, and Post Replacement for Approximately 75 Child Care Facilities With Lead Service Line Replacement, Including Follow Up Lead in Water Testing and Education on Addressing Lead in Drinking Water. the Program Will Increase Provider and Parent Awareness About the Impacts of Lead Exposure and the Importance of Lead Service Line Replacement. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Replacement of 75 Lead Service Lines Connected to Facilities Serving Approximately 1,500 Children in Disadvantaged Areas of Chicago and Education and Outreach to Promote Lead Exposure Awareness. the Expected Outcomes Include a Cleaner, Safer, and Healthier Learning Environment for Illinois Children and Secure the Success of Future Generations. the Intended Beneficiaries Include the Residents and Community Members of Greater Chicago.
