Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Berlin Charter Township to Implement Its Wastewater Discharge Line Project as Directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Wastewater Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of: Construction of Approximately 12,000 Lineal Feet of Force Main and Appurtenances, Addition of One New Effluent Pump, and Restoration of Areas Disturbed by Construction. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Installation of Approximately 12,000 Lineal Feet of Force Main and One New Effluent Pump. the Expected Outcomes Include Protecting Water Quality in Lake Erie by Preventing Failure of the Force Main, Replacing Aging Infrastructure, and Maintaining Affordable Sewer Rates. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Residents of Berlin Charter Township.
