In Accordance With the Statutory Authority Delegated to Epa Under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (rcra), This Cooperative Agreement Will Address U.s. Epa Region 5&RSQUOANDS Priority of Wasted Food Solutions for Ohio Phase Ii to Develop and Build on Resources That Support Wasted Food Diversion. During Phase 1, Cet and Partners Identified a Need for a Resource to Incentivize Prevention. Additionally, Following This Work, Cet Received Several Requests From Communities Outside the Southwest Ohio Region, the Target Geography for PHASE1, for Resources Focused on Wasted Food Reduction, Recovery, and Diversion. Phase Ii Will Address These Gaps. Cet Will Capitalize on Our National Experience With Businesses Whose Core Operations Do Not Focus on Wasted Food Diversion, to Curate Resources That Elevate the Profile of, and Awareness for, Waste Reduction and Recovery in Ohio. These Resources Will Address Common Challenges (i.e. Communication With Businesses And/or Source Reduction), and Be Modified to Help Our Partners (i.e. Cleveland Department of Health and Hamilton County Solid Waste Management District) Communicate With Businesses More Effectively and Efficiently. Cet&rsquoands Outreach Plan Includes Sharing These Resources With Our Partners and Key Stakeholders in Ohio (such as, Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio and Epa Region 5) to Disseminate, and Posting Materials on Our Organization&rsquoands Wasted Food Solutions Website.

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
