In Accordance With the Statutory Authority Delegated to Epa Under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (rcra), This Cooperative Agreement Will Provide Data, Information, and Technical Assistance to State and Local Governments on the Management and Recovery of Construction and Demolition (C&D) Materials. the Recipient Will Develop and Share Information That Can Be Used by States, Local Governments and Businesses to Craft Policies and Other Initiatives That Support Reusing, Reclaiming, and Recycling Valuable C&D Materials. This Work Will Also Improve Understanding of the Economic Benefit of These Activities in Region 5, Including Job Creation.
