Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Pioneer Valley Planning Commission to Implement Its Project to Town of Belchertown Water Project as Directed in the [2024] Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Water Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of: Construction of a New Potable Water Conveyance System, Water System Replacement, Septic System Replacement, and Surface Restoration. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include a New Potable Water Conveyance System, Water System Replacement, Septic System Replacement, and Surface Restoration. the Expected Outcomes Include Improved Water Quality, Flow, Pressure and a System Free of Leaks, to Result in the Removal of the Boil Water Order Implemented in 2019. the Project Will Also Provide a Modern Functioning Septic System to Reduce Chances of Future Contamination of the Potable and Surrounding Natural Water Sources. the Intended Beneficiaries Include the Community Members and Residents (i.e., Sportshaven Mobile Home Park), General Public, Human Health and Environmental Health.
