Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Town of Spencer, Ma to Implement Its Project to Upgrade Its Sewer Collection System as Directed in the 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Wastewater Infrastructure Upgrades Project. Workplan Activities Consist of Upgrades at Up to 95 Identified Manholes and Pipe Segments in the Town of Spencer Through Replacement, Repair, or Relining. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Upgrades at Up to 95 Identified Manholes and Pipe Segments Throughout the Town. This Infrastructure Will Either Be Replaced, Repaired, or Relined. the Expected Outcomes Include Reduced Infiltration and Inflow Into the Sewer Collection System, Reducing Load on the Wastewater Treatment Facility, Increasing the Lifespan of Sewer Collection System Infrastructure, and Reduced Ground and Surface Water Waste. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Residents of the Town of Spencer as Well as the General Public.
