Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Town of Reading to Implement Its Project to Capture and Attenuate Stormwater Impacting the Aberjona River by Creating Adjacent Offline Storage Areas as Directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Storm Water Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of: Stormwater Management/treatment Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Regrading of the Site and Installing Constructed Wetlands. the Expected Outcomes Include Decreased Flooding Events in the Project Area and Increased Climate Resiliency. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Residents of the Town of Reading and General Climate Resilience.
