Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Town of Pittsfield, Maine to Implement Its Project to Improve Drinking Water Infrastructure as Directed in the 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Drinking Water Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of the Replacement of Water Distribution Infrastructure (water Main Piping, Valves, Hydrants, and New Water Service Connections to Properties Along the Project Route) as Well as Surface Restoration. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverable of This Project Is the Installation of Reliable, Correctly Sized Infrastructure That Is Sufficient to Meet the Demands of the Project Area, Including 4000 Linear Feet of New Water Line, Four Hydrants, 16 Wedge Valves, and 800 Feet of New Copper Water Services. the Expected Outcomes of This Project Are Improved Quality and Reliability of Drinking Water Conveyance Infrastructure for the Residents and Customers of the Town of Pittsfield, as Well as the Elimination of Infrastructure Failure and Drinking Water Loss Caused by the Outdated Infrastructure Currently in Place. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Residents and Customers of the Town of Pittsfield.
