Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Town of Windham, Me, to Implement Its Project to Design the North Windham Wastewater Treatment Facility as Directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Wastewater Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of the Engineering and Design of a Newly Constructed Wastewater Treatment Plant and Associated Conveyance Systems. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Specific Engineering and Design Deliverables for the North Windham Wastewater Treatment Plant as Further Described in the Project Description of the Workplan. the Expected Outcomes Include the Construction of a New Wastewater Treatment Facility, Leading to Improved Water Quality in the Sebago Lake Watershed and the Protection of Public Health Through Safer Drinking Water. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Residents in the Sebago Lake Watershed and the Town of Windham.
