This Agreement Is to an Eligible State to Implement a Program to Provide Drinking Water Program Assistance to Underserved, Small and Disadvantaged Communities. Funds Are to Carry Out Projects and Activities Needed for Public Water Systems to Comply With the Safe Drinking Water Act, Programs to Provide Household Water Quality Testing, and Activities for a State to Respond to a Drinking Water Contaminants. Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank Will Use Grant Funding to Support Private Side Lead Service Line Replacements in Eligible Communities in Rhode Island. Activities Include the Replacement of 90 Private Side and 70 Public Side Lead Service Lines Replacements Which Will Reduce Lead Exposure for an Estimated 225 People. Direct Beneficiaries of This Assistance Agreement Include Residents of the Rhode Island.
