The Purpose Is to Provide Continuing Support for Activities Which Include Strategic Planning and Evaluation, Compliance Assistance, Developing State Implementation Plans, Monitoring Air and Emissions, Rule Making, Operating Permits and All Other Program Related Activities. the Program Will Protect and Improve the Air Quality in the South Coast Air Basin and Reduce the Risks to Human Health and the Environment.
