Description:this Agreement Provides Assistance to the State of Oklahoma's Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Program. Specifically, This Agreement Provides Funding for Its Lust Corrective Action Program, Which Includes Assessment, Remediation, and Enforcement Related Activities. the Main Objectives of the Lust Corrective Program Are to Investigate Suspected Petroleum Releases and to Perform Corrective Action on These Releases. a Key Element of Community Engagement Will Be to Focus on Providing Information in Ways That Is Understandable and Accessible to Various Community Stakeholders. Activities:major Activities, Under State Lead, Include Investigating Suspected Petroleum Releases, Overseeing and Enforcing Corrective Action by Owners or Operators, and Performing Direct Corrective Action Activities When Those Owners or Operators Are Unknown, Unwilling, or Unable to Perform Those Activities Themselves. the Activities of the Agreement Include Maintaining a Master Ledger of All Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Trust Fund Program Expenditures, Lust Trust Fund Program Recoveries, Submitting Annual Reports, and Reporting Specific Site Locations. the Agreement Activities Include the State Continuing to Evaluate How Information Is Delivered to Community Stakeholders and Look for Opportunities to Increase Information Sharing and Community Engagement.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverable Is the State of Oklahoma's Cleanup Data That Is Entered Into the Epa LUST4 System. the Primary Outcome Is a Reduction in the Backlog of Ust Releases for Which Cleanups Have Not Yet Been Completed. the Agreement's Workplan Tasks Protect the Environment and the Residents of the State of Oklahoma Through the State's Corrective Action Program.
