This Agreement Provides the State of Oklahoma Assistance in Developing, Implementing, and Maintaining an Effective Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Program. the Objectives of the Program Include Maintaining a Master Ledger of All Lust Trust Fund Program Expenditures and Recoveries, and Submitting Annual Reports. With a State Target of 120 Site Cleanups, the State Will Increase the Pace of Cleaning Up Existing Releases, Promote the Benefits of Incentive-based Clean-ups and Work to Reduce the Back Log of Sites Not Yet Cleaned Up. the State Will Investigate, Evaluate, and Determine the Cause of Releases Conducted Under State Lead. the Agreement Will Continue to Evaluate How Information Is Delivered to Community Stakeholders and Look for Opportunities to Increase Information Sharing. a Key Element of Community Engagement Will Be to Focus on Providing Information in Ways That Understandable to Various Community Stakeholders.
