HR 3610, all titles, as it relates to FDA regulation of livestock and poultry feed, pet food and animal food ingredients, including FDA registration, export certification, user fees, import certification, mandatory recall, biotechnology, and standards of operation. Monitor and interact with USDA on issues related to commercialization of livestock cloning, labeling and marketing. Monitor and interact on issues relating to FDAs approval of transgenic food animals and fish, with attention to contemplated or proposed labeling requirements for the foods therefrom.
