Advocate for the passage of H.R. 721 and S. 672, Extension of the Section 45G Railroad Tax Maintenance Credit. These companion Bills will allow Short Line Railroads including the Reading Blue Mountain & Northrn Railroad to receive a tax credit of 50 cents for every dollar the railroad actually spends on track improvements with a cap of $3,500 times the toal number of miles of track of the railroad.
