Reintroduction and support for the Prevent BLEED Act (S. 1653)- would create grant program to place stop the bleed kits in public locations Reintroduction of the Future Advancement of Academic Nursing Act - to create more nursing school and faculty slots Support to MISSION Zero program reauthorization (H.R. 2416) - to support programs to embed military trauma teams in civilian trauma facilities Support for the Improving Care and Access to Nurses Act (HR 2713) - to remove barriers for APRNS in Medicare and Medicaid Support for National Nursing Workforce Center (HR 2411/ S 1150) - to allow for national expansion of Nursing Workforce Centers Support for United States Cadet Nurse Corps Service Recognition Act (HR 3428/ S 1633) - to recognize those who served in the nurse corps during and following WWII Support for Reauthorization of the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act programs Support for Reauthorization of SUPPORT Act programs related to opioid overdose reduction and how they are utilized or addiction is treated in the ED.
