The following sections of S. 744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013: Title II, Subtitle B, Agricultural Worker Program, Subtitle C, Future Immigration, Sec. 2301 Merit-based Points Track 1; and Title III Subtitle F, Prevention of Trafficking in Persons and Abuses Involving Workers Recruited Abroad. HR 1773, the Ag Act. We also advocate for the agricultural provisions in S. 744 (Title II, Subtitle B) to be passed in the House.
