All lobbying activities are related to advocacy of accelerating the government's implementation of shared service business models to improve government efficiency and effectiveness. Shared services is a technology-driven government modernization initiative that consolidates and streamlines administrative activities that are common to multiple agencies, such as human resources, financial management, purchasing and IT services. Lobbying activities are primarily educational to inform government leaders about how shared services work and how they drive benefits of service improvement and cost savings. No legislation has been advocated during this reporting period.
