Providing input to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on all sections of S. 2835 (International Climate Change Investment Act of 2009) and (the Draft American Power Act, Title V-International Climate Change Activities); General education in the Senate on the key issues in domestic legislation critical for an international agreement, as well as on actions of key developing countries and the European Union.
