Internet Radio Fairness Act (not yet reintroduced): Discussed the impact to webcasters (specifically small webcasters) of the current "willing buyer/willing seller" standard. Further discussed that if a lower royalty standard is not established, there is a high probability that internet music services will cease doing business because most, if not all, services are losing money because of the high royalty rates. Also discussed how smaller services are benefitting musicians, especially those who are not able to get onto terrestrial radio.
