Support for Senate Amendment 3732 to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (S. 2296) which included the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program Improvement Act in the bill as well as language re the Capitalization Assistance to Enhance CDFI Liquidity.
