H.R. 2540 / S.1234, the SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act, related to amending Title XVI of the Social Security Act to update the resource limit for supplemental security income eligibility; H.R. 1968 - Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025 (P.L. 119-4); and H.Con.Res.14 - Establishing the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through 2034. Implementation of the Javits-Wagner ODay Act (P.L. 92-28); Implementation of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (P.L. 75-718); and Implementation of numerous presidential actions since January 20th, 2025. A bill not yet introduced to amend the Javits-Wagner ODay Act (P.L. 92-28); A bill not yet introduced to amend Title XIX of the Social Security Act Amendments of 1965 (P.L. 89-97) and the Medicaid Services Investment and Accountability Act of 2019 (P.L. 116-16); A bill not yet introduced to assist employers providing employment under special certificates issued under section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 in transforming their business and program models to models that support people with disabilities through competitive integrated employment, to phase out the use of such special certificates, and for other purposes; and A bill not yet introduced to establish the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2026.
