Senate and House: Support funding for Investigating the Crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women; support for increased law enforcement funding and services to large land-based tribes and reservations like CRST; support the return of Sioux Lands in Trust to Cheyenne River, Oglala and Rosebud Sioux Tribe. BIA: Advocate for the return of Sioux Lands in Trust to Cheyenne River, Oglala and Rosebud Sioux Tribes; submit year-end funding request for law enforcement and housing improvement program. BIA & USDA: Work on firefighting and fuel reduction agreement for Black Hills Forest under Tribal Forest Protection Act. DoJ: draft comments to DoJ regarding need for law enforcement funding and resources in response to letter from DoJ requesting input from tribes. White House: Advocate for the Revocation of the Wounded Knee Congressional Medals of Honor issued to the 7th Cavalry.
