H.R. 8 - funding levels for DOT modal programs of interest to client, extension of commuter transit benefit and alternative fuels provisions, and disposition of FY 13 sequestration; "Fix-It-First" and "Rebuild America Partnership" initiatives announced by President Obama to provide additional and immediate funding for DOT modal programs of interest to client ; S. 387 - infrastructure financing; H.R. 933 - full appropriations for FY 2013 for DOT modal programs of interest to client, and implementation of FY 13sequestration; H. Con. Res. 25 and S. Con. Res.8 - establishing FY 14 budget including funding for DOT modal programs of interest to client, disposition of FY 14 sequester, "revenue-neutral reserve funds" to allow increased funding for transportation programs and infrastructure bank; H.R. 949 ("American Jobs Act") - monitor bill for provisions that may have financial impacts on client construction and vehicle aquisition programs; S. 491 ("BUILD Act") - possible new funding tool for financing transportation projects; H.R. 2217 - FY 14 Homeland Security appropriations (House and Senate versions) - funding for State and Local Programs; H.R. 2610 and S. 1243 - FY 14 THUD appropriations - funding levels for mass transit programs and TIGER; H.R. 2288 and S. 1116 - "Transit Parity Acts" - to make permanent employer-provided commuter benefits for mass transit; H.R. 2468, S. 1250, H.R. 2553, H.R. 2534 - various bills to establish national infrastructure banks - possible funding source for client projects; S. 394/H.R. 867 - "Metal Theft Prevention Act of 2013" - to protect client bus and rail infrastructure; and H.J.Res. 59 and H.R. 2775 - client interests/advocacy for full funding of surface transportation programs. H.J.Res. 106 providing for a one-day CR past January 15, and H.R. 3547 - FY 14 omnibus providing funding for surface transportation programs important to client.
